Job summary

TechOne P&R Consultants is seeking a TechnologyOne CiAnywhere Property & Rating consultant to lead implementation, configuration, and practical support for local councils and government agencies.

Responsibilities include guiding software transitions, optimizing land management, valuation, and revenue processes in a remote, client-focused role.

Experience with CiAnywhere and TechnologyOne P&R is essential, plus strong stakeholder management to translate technical needs for non-technical users.

Qualifications

• Deep hands-on experience with TechnologyOne P&R and CiAnywhere.
• Strong understanding of Local Government operations, particularly in Rates Accounting, revenue recoveries, and land information systems.
• Proficiency in configuration, reporting, and tools like Workflows, ETLs, and DocOnes.
• Strong stakeholder management and the ability to communicate technical requirements to non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Software Implementation: Leading end-to-end implementation and configuration of the Property & Rating module, often transitioning clients from legacy systems to CiAnywhere.
• Business Process Analysis: Mapping existing processes and designing improvements within the software for efficiency in land information and rates accounting.
• Customer Support & Training: Primary contact for troubleshooting, resolving issues, and delivering end-user training sessions.
• Data Management: Managing property-related data, including annual billing cycles, supplementary cycles, and valuation management.
