• HHands-on TechnologyOne P&R and CiAnywhere experience.
• Strong knowledge of local government operations, rates, and land information.
• Proficiency with configuration, reporting, and workflows.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to translate tech to non-technical users.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end implementation and configuration of CiAnywhere Property & Rating.
• Map and redesign business processes for land information and rates accounting.
• Provide customer support and end-user training.
• Manage data related to property, valuation, and billing cycles.
