Job summary

Pinnacle Group is seeking a Technical Support Officer to join the Technical Services team. You will ensure compliance and carry out routine tests on fire safety systems, logging results and maintaining records.

This is a full-time, remote role with frequent travel across London and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will have strong IT and administrative skills, a good understanding of Health & Safety legislation, and the ability to work independently while prioritising tasks in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Ability to learn systems quickly and follow instructions.
• MS Office and computer literate.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff, verbal and written.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety legislation.
• Observation skills and attention to detail.
• Recording and administration skills — recording what work has been done.
• Good timekeeping.

Responsibilities

• Carry out quarterly and annual Fire Door inspections.
• Carry out weekly and monthly testing/inspection of fire safety systems (alarms, AOVs, sprinklers, lifts, dry risers).
• Maintain secure records of testing and inspections physically and digitally.
• Report Health & Safety issues identified on site.
• Assist in annual review of fire risk assessments as required.
• Support specialist contractors with access and site knowledge during servicing.
