Rancho BioSciences is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager for an initial 6-month contract. This fully remote role is based in the UK or Europe, and you will lead multiple development projects with a matrix team, coordinating scientists, bioinformaticians, and data analysts.

You will tailor methodologies (Waterfall, Scrum, Agile), manage client-facing communications, and drive project plans, budgets, and timelines while maintaining scientific rigor and a fast-paced delivery mindset.

Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams in life sciences projects.
Proven ability to manage budgets and timelines across multiple projects.
Strong communication and stakeholder management across senior leadership and clients.

Lead 10-15 concurrent scientific projects, ensuring timely delivery of client objectives.
Tailor project management methodologies (Waterfall, Scrum, Agile) to project needs.
Develop comprehensive project plans with milestones, timelines and deliverables.
Serve as primary client contact, maintaining proactive communication and expectation management.
Provide strategic leadership to project teams including scientists and data analysts.
