Job summary

Canadian Solar is seeking an Engineer, Technical Support for EP Cube Energy Storage to provide technical sales support and design assistance for residential PV+Storage solutions. The role collaborates with sales, product management, and HQ to deliver customer-ready proposals and training across the EU market.

You will design PV systems, run simulations with PVSyst, and support customers through pre-sale inquiries, installation questions, and regulatory considerations while maintaining strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or comparable; Master’s a plus.
• Min 3 years in sales engineering or technical sales in energy storage / PV.
• Experience with PV modules and battery storage systems is a strong plus.
• Fluent English; other languages (German/Italian) a plus.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical sales support and first-level contact for technical/contract questions.
• Support PV project design, proposals, and customer training sessions.
• Collaborate with Product Management and HQ on tools, documentation, and training.
• Assist with hands-on system design, installation, and commissioning of CSI-based PV+Storage systems.
• Analyze codes and certifications; advise management on regulatory impacts.
