Albatross is seeking a seasoned lawyer to own contracts end-to-end, from NDA to production agreements and DPAs, including data protection and AI compliance. You will draft templates and a playbook, close deals, and align with business teams across Europe and beyond.

The role demands sharp negotiation, clear writing, and the ability to translate technical flows into enforceable terms, across the go-to-market and product landscape.

Qualifikationen

• Six years of experience in top-tier M&A, venture or technology law.
• Experience negotiating technology contracts with enterprise counsel.
• Able to read API specs and data flows and translate into terms.
• Strong data protection and cross-border transfers knowledge.
• Native-level English drafting and negotiation.
• Eligible to work in Europe.

Aufgaben

• Own all customer contracts end to end: NDA, pilot and production agreements, DPAs, group agreements and partnerships.
• Develop templates, standard positions, and a negotiation playbook; maintain a contract stack.
• Lead data protection and AI compliance: GDPR, FADP, EU AI Act, international transfers.
• Collaborate with CEO, Sales, Customer Success and Engineering to reflect how technology works in contracts.
• Handle corporate and investor documentation and employment across 10+ countries.
