Lekrao is seeking a Remote Team Leader to oversee a team of Customer Service Advisors. The role is hybrid in the UK, offering £32,000 per annum with full-time hours and two weeks of fully paid training. You will monitor KPIs, coach staff, and drive performance while supporting day-to-day operations.

Training is provided to ensure system and process familiarity. The successful candidate will have strong communication and organisational skills, enjoy developing people, and be comfortable working
