Senior Tax Consultant - Private Client Advisory (100% Remote)

Location: Fully Remote (UK-based candidates only)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and qualified Tax Consultant to join our growing private client advisory team. This is a unique opportunity to work in a purely advisory capacity, free from compliance burdens, while enjoying complete location flexibility within the UK.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic tax advice to high-net-worth individuals and families
• Advise on complex inheritance tax planning and mitigation strategies
• Support clients with estate planning and administration matters
• Deliver expert guidance on trust structures and tax implications
• Advise non-domiciled individuals on UK tax obligations and planning opportunities
• Collaborate with clients' other professional advisors including solicitors and investment managers
• Present complex tax concepts clearly to clients and stakeholders
• Stay current with evolving tax legislation and case law
• Professional Qualification: CTA, ATT, or equivalent tax qualification
• Significant Experience: Minimum 5+ years in private client tax advisory
• Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge across IHT, estate planning, trusts, and non-dom taxation
• Client-Facing Skills: Proven ability to build relationships and communicate complex matters effectively
• Advisory Focus: Strong background in tax planning and strategy (no compliance duties)
• UK Location: Must be based in the UK with right to work
