Job summary

PSI is seeking a Specialist Talent Acquisition professional for a one-year remote contract within the UK. You will lead end-to-end recruitment across Europe, delivering an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience while partnering with external agencies as needed.

The role requires full-cycle recruitment experience in pharma/biotech or clinical research, excellent English communication, and strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• Experience in full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Experience in Clinical Research, Pharmaceutical, or Biotechnology industries is a plus.
• Fluent English and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop, post, and maintain recruitment ads tailored to target audience and sourcing channels.
• Proactively identify, source, and engage qualified vacancies through LinkedIn, job boards, networking, talent pools, referral programs, and other channels.
• Screen candidates and conduct first-round interviews, assessments and provide interview feedback to hiring managers.
• Maintain the Applicant Tracking System with candidates, requisitions, and recruitment activity records.
• Develop candidate pipelines for open and future opportunities within PSI.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience and promote the employer brand.
• Prepare and present recruitment metrics, market insights, and hiring activity reports to managers and leadership.
• Collaborate with external recruitment agencies and other sourcing partners to attract and assess talent, if applicable.
