Job summary

Precision for Medicine is seeking Senior CRAs to support a multi-country portfolio in the UK, Poland, Hungary, France and Germany. The role can be fully home-based within the United Kingdom, requiring up to 50-60% travel and fluent English plus local language skills.

You will monitor clinical studies, ensure regulatory compliance, coordinate site activities, and may train junior staff while engaging with clients and supporting study setup and proposal activities.

Qualifications

  • 4-year college degree or equivalent experience.
  • Holder of CRA certificate.
  • Minimum 5 years of CRA/SCRA experience within CRO/pharma/biotech/medical device.
  • Experience monitoring clinical trials across therapeutic areas.
  • Availability for domestic travel up to 50-60%, some international travel possible.
  • Fluency in English and the local language; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and own progress of clinical studies at investigative sites.
  • Ensure studies are conducted, recorded, and reported per protocol, SOPs, ICH-GCP, and regulations.
  • Coordinate activities to set up and monitor a study (identify investigators, regulatory submissions, pre-study visits).
  • Train and mentor junior staff members and interact with clients.
  • Initiate payments and participate in proposals and client presentations.

This position can be offered fully home-based within the United Kingdom.

How we will keep you busy and support your growth:

You will monitor and own the progress of clinical studies at investigative sites and ensure that clinical studies are conducted, recorded, and reported per protocol, SOPs, ICH-GCP, and all applicable regulations and standards. You will coordinate all necessary activities required to set up and monitor a study (i.e., identify investigators; helping prepare regulatory submissions, conducting pre-study and initiation visits, etc.).

Senior CRAs handle appropriately sized clinical trials, and support clinical study teams with trials that are larger in scope. You will also have the opportunity to train and mentor junior staff members. You will interact directly with clients, initiate payments, and participate in proposal activities, including development and client presentations.

Qualifications:
  • 4-year college degree or equivalent experience
  • Holder of CRA certificate

Other Required:

  • Minimum 5 years of CRA/SCRA experience within a CRO, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device environment
  • Experience monitoring clinical trials across a variety of therapeutic areas.
  • Availability for domestic travel including overnight stays, which may constitute up to approximately 50-60% travel commitment (international travel may be required for some senior level positions)
  • Fluency in English and the local language is required
  • Additional language(s) will be considered an asset

Preferred:

  • Graduate or postgraduate degree with a concentration in a scientific or healthcare discipline
  • Study start up activities experience
  • For Senior CRAs, understanding of financial management
