Job summary

The Growth Foundation is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to own procurement, supply planning and inbound logistics for a fast-growing e-commerce brand with an international customer base. You will manage supplier relationships, MOQs, lead times and landed costs to ensure stock availability and strong margins while coordinating with Finance, Operations and Warehouse teams.

This fully remote UK role offers ownership over forecasting, inventory planning across SKUs, and peak trading

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing procurement, supply planning and inbound logistics in e-commerce or consumer goods.
• Strong forecasting, inventory planning and purchasing capabilities.
• Experience negotiating with manufacturers and suppliers internationally, including MOQs and lead times.

Responsibilities

• Own procurement and supply planning across the product range.
• Lead demand forecasting and inventory planning across the SKU portfolio.
• Manage PO placement, supplier lead times, MOQs and production schedules.
• Build relationships with manufacturers and suppliers, negotiating pricing and terms.
• Oversee inbound freight strategy, including routing and carrier partnerships.
• Ensure landed cost accuracy and monitor KPIs for supplier performance.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations and Warehouse teams to support growth.
