Job summary

HM Revenue & Customs is seeking a Supplier Manager to strengthen supplier and contract governance for major digital and transformation projects. You will map and improve end-to-end processes, design SOPs and templates, and support day-to-day supplier management and procurement activities.

You will work with Delivery, Commercial, Finance and Security teams, creating training materials and driving continuous improvement using data insights.

Qualifications

• Experience of Supplier Management, Contract Management and Procurement.
• Strong experience of reviewing, mapping and improving end-to-end business processes.
• Experience of creating clear and practical process documentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Review and map end-to-end supplier, contract management and procurement processes; identify gaps and inefficiencies.
• Design and document improved ways of working; create SOPs, templates and guidance.
• Define roles, responsibilities, controls and escalation routes across core processes.
• Use data to identify trends, risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop training, onboarding and knowledge-transfer materials and support workshops.
