1st Executive Ltd in Worthing is seeking an experienced Contract or Supplier Manager to take ownership of supplier relationships across FM, Fleet, Meter Readings, Smart Meters and related services.
You will build productive supplier relationships, drive value through price controls and discounts, manage contract variations and renewals, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver commercial outcomes. The role is hybrid, with 2–3 days per week on site, offering up to £60K plus benefits.

This is an opportunity to move beyond a narrow remit and manage services suppliers that support the day-to-day operations of a major utilities organisation.
Your portfolio will span FM, Fleet, Meter Readings, Smart Meters, Professional Services, Consultancy and Debt Collection - giving you exposure to different commercial challenges, stakeholders and supplier relationships.
Whether you're a Contract Manager or Supplier Manager in the public or private sector, you don't need experience across every category. You'll bring services supplier management experience, commercial judgement and the drive to develop.
Working alongside a supportive Contract & Supplier Management team, you'll take ownership of supplier relationships and contracts, helping turn commercial agreements into operational results.
Build productive supplier relationships, holding suppliers accountable for contractual commitments.
Protect commercial value through price and spend controls, rebates and discounts.
Resolve contractual issues and manage variations to commercial terms.
Anticipate renewals, extensions and contract exits.
Reduce supplier risk and work closely with stakeholders to deliver the outcomes they need.
Experience managing services contracts or supplier relationships.
Confidence influencing stakeholders and challenging suppliers constructively.
Strong commercial awareness, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
A proactive approach and the ability to manage competing priorities.
A CIPS or WorldCC qualification.
