Qualifications

• Demonstrable Marketing, Category Management within FMCG or B2B.
• Familiar with market research databases such as Euromonitor, Mintel, IGD, or Kantar/Nielsen.
• Link deep analytical research to business performance with actionable plans.
• Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills to guide matrix contacts.
• Strong organisational capability and ability to manage pre-defined budget targets.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel); interest in consumer behaviour, supply chains and evolving sales channels.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth agenda across priority segments and develop the UK&I category strategy.
• Own Annual Business Planning processes, profit pool mapping and growth roadmaps.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Innovation to translate insights into strategy.
• Develop differentiated value propositions for key segments and customers.
• Create segment/account communication plans and provide category expertise to commercial teams.
• Conduct competitor benchmarking, market mapping and share-of-wallet analyses.
• Support category innovation exploration and assess opportunities within the market.
• Monitor sustainability, circular economy and regulatory developments affecting customers.
