Qualifications

• Demonstrated Marketing expertise and Category Management experience in FMCG or B2B.
• Experience using major market research databases (e.g., Euromonitor, Mintel, IGD, Kantar/Nielsen).
• Ability to translate analytics into actionable plans and profit metrics.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills with stakeholder influence.
• Excellent organisational skills and budget management mindset.
• Advanced Excel and MS Office skills; interest in consumer behaviour and supply chains.
