The successful candidate will lead technical architecture for large-scale initiatives, mentor engineers, and drive alignment on identity protocols. With a base compensation range of £100,000 – £124,000, Grafana is dedicated to fostering a collaborative, transparent, and innovative work environment.

Qualifications

• Expertise in distributed systems engineering with a strong focus on Go.
• Proven experience in driving architectural decisions independently.
• Ability to mentor and elevate the performance of senior engineers.

Responsibilities

• Dedicate time to backend development, technical leadership, and operations.
• Define and own the technical architecture for authentication systems.
• Mentor and develop senior engineers, providing technical guidance.
