• Strong knowledge of data modeling, governance and data quality practices.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive long-term data engineering strategy for the Subscriptions User Understanding domain.
• Design scalable batch and streaming data platforms for analytics, experimentation, ML, and subscriber experiences.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, and Platform teams to translate business challenges into data solutions.
• Lead architectural decisions and establish data quality, governance, observability, and reliability practices across squads.
• Design data models and platform architecture to support growth toward one billion users.
• Simplify systems, reduce technical debt, and improve developer experience across the data ecosystem.
• Mentor engineers and influence technical direction through collaboration.
