Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic delivery of contracted services to customers and partners
• Conduct discovery sessions to understand business needs and requirements
• Architect solution designs integrating with the Workiva Platform
• Foster direct client interactions and align solutions with distinctive requirements
• Mentor peers and Associates to facilitate onboarding and development
• Support continuous training on financial, risk, and operational reporting on the Workiva Platform
