You will bring 4+ years’ experience, advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills, and proficiency in Figma. The position involves collaborating with strategists and brand teams to deliver standout content and templates, including motion graphics and short-form

Qualifications

• 4+ years' graphic design experience in an agency or creative environment.
• Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
• Proficient in Figma and collaborative design workflows.
• Experience creating motion graphics and short-form video content.
• Strong understanding of social formats, platform best practices and audience engagement.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Design engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Create visually compelling static and motion-led social assets.
• Apply typography, layout, branding and visual identity across campaigns.
• Develop social templates and design systems within Figma.
• Produce high-quality creative across presentations, digital campaigns, social content and print when needed.
• Edit short-form video content using Premiere Pro and CapCut.
• Stay ahead of social trends, platform developments and emerging formats.
• Contribute creative ideas from brief through execution.
