Job summary

Thomas Grey Creative is a global creative and digital agency seeking a Senior Designer to join a fully remote UK team. You will deliver campaign creative, marketing collateral, digital assets and brand materials for international clients, working with independence and ownership.

The ideal candidate has strong typography, mastery of Adobe CC and Figma, and a proven portfolio across brands. You’ll collaborate with the Creative Director and Studio Manager, manage projects from brief to delivery,

Qualifications

• Significant professional graphic design experience, ideally within an agency environment.
• An excellent portfolio demonstrating strong visual design across different brands and formats.
• Advanced Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop skills.
• Strong working knowledge of Figma.
• Excellent typography, layout, composition and attention to detail.
• Experience producing marketing collateral and digital campaign assets.
• The ability to interpret briefs and deliver creative work independently.
• Strong written communication skills and confidence communicating directly with clients.
• Excellent time management, organisation and a proactive approach to remote working.
• Flexibility to accommodate changing workloads and availability to take on additional days when mutually agreed.
• UK-based with the right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Designing high-quality creative across digital and print, including campaigns, brochures, reports, social media, advertising and presentations.
• Developing creative concepts and working confidently within established brand guidelines.
• Creating digital assets and layouts using Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma.
• Managing assigned projects independently, from initial brief through to final delivery.
• Communicating directly and professionally with clients through Monday.com, Asana and other agreed channels.
• Collaborating remotely with our designers, developers and Studio Manager to manage priorities and deadlines.
• Ensuring all work meets consistently high creative and technical standards.
