Phoenix Software is seeking a SOC Analyst to join our Security Operation Centre in the UK. You will act as a first line responder to incidents triggered by security toolsets in a shift-based environment, including nights and weekends.

The role includes threat hunting, incident analysis, and developing use cases, dashboards and automation with guidance from senior analysts. The ideal candidate will have infrastructure and network background with security qualifications and experience with SIEM

Formación

• Infrastructure and network background with security qualifications.
• Experience in MSP environments preferred.
• UK residency of at least 5 years with no criminal record for security clearance.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to security incidents as first line in SOC and manage ticket queues.
• Proactively hunt threats in clients’ environments and assist in threat intelligence.
• Document incidents, create use cases, dashboards and automation with SOC management.
