Job summary

Curinos, a London-based analytics firm, is seeking an Associate for its Small Business digital banking benchmarking practice. You will work with UK banks to assess onboarding and servicing journeys, translating client needs into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.

You will support client engagements, build expertise in SME digital banking trends, and contribute to market intelligence that guides investment priorities and product development.

Qualifications

• Experience in market research, consulting, digital or user experience.
• Experience with small businesses and/or small business banking is preferred.
• Roles such as Senior Research Executive, Research Manager, Associate Director or Consultant are desirable.
• Ability to translate user data into clear business recommendations.
• Strong qualitative and quantitative research skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing end-to-end delivery of benchmarking and research programs for leading financial services clients.
• Collecting, validating, and analyzing experience data with mystery shopping panels and bank account experiences.
• Using benchmarking datasets to identify market trends, capability gaps, and key drivers.
• Developing data-driven recommendations and strategic insights tailored to client needs.
• Maintaining relationships with banking clients and providing subject matter expertise.
• Supporting client presentations, executive reports, and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Keeping up-to-date with small business banking trends, customer behaviours, and regulatory changes.
• Collaborating with internal teams to enhance benchmarking platform and methodologies.
