Job summary

Bupa is seeking a Remote MSK Physiotherapist to join our virtual triage service. You’ll deliver telephone and video assessments, provide diagnosis and self-management advice, and arrange onward referrals within our network.

This full-time role offers a flexible 37.5-hour week (minimum 22.5), with shifts Monday–Sunday 8am-8pm, including late weekdays and one weekend every four weeks, and occasional attendances at Bupa Place in Salford Quays.

Qualifications

• 2 years UK post-qualification experience.
• Band 6 or 7 MSK physiotherapist with strong 1-1 clinical delivery.
• Up-to-date with own clinical practice and able to maintain competence.
• HCPC accredited and registered.
• Ability to prioritise workload under demanding timescales.
• Strong clinical knowledge and decisive in approach.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent telephone assessments via video and audio.
• Provide diagnosis, self-management techniques and onward referral.
• Monitor and follow up complex and red-flag cases with Clinical Lead involvement.
• Assess customer needs and provide appropriate advice and support.
• Manage customer pathways to achieve clinical outcomes at best cost.
• Escalate appropriately when required.
