Job summary

MADX Digital is hiring a client manager to own relationships end-to-end for a portfolio of up to 10 clients in the SEO/AI space. You will engage on calls, translate client needs into deliverables for delivery teams, and leverage AI tools to keep projects moving while maintaining strong client communication.

You will need solid English communication, experience in an agency setting, and the ability to navigate grey areas and scope changes with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Strong English (spoken and written)
• 3–5+ years agency account management
• Ability to make judgement calls and unblock projects
• Comfortable using AI tools in daily workflow
• Understanding of SEO/AI strategy to work with specialists

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of up to 10 clients end-to-end as their main contact
• Attend client calls, gather requirements, translate into orders/briefs for delivery teams
• Review onboarding data to understand clients and spot gaps
• Route inputs to delivery partners or internal AI app and check outputs
• Communicate deliverables, timelines and results to clients
• Judge scope creep vs. normal questions and decide on next steps
• Proactively unblock projects by taking small next steps
• Use AI tools daily to improve efficiency
