Job summary

Lion Digital is seeking an SEO Project & Account Manager to lead strategic planning, implementation and management of client SEO projects. You will oversee projects, understand the pillars of a holistic SEO strategy, and ensure deliverables are executed smoothly.

The role involves planning and coordinating strategies, managing client accounts, and reporting progress to stakeholders while driving organic search growth across ecommerce platforms.

Qualifications

• 3+ years SEO experience within a single organisation.
• Proven track record of managing and retaining client accounts.
• Experience using content management systems (CMS) to optimise websites (Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce, Neto).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical and results-driven mindset.
• Proficient with SEO tools (GA, GSC, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and G Suite.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, coordinate, and implement successful SEO strategies.
• Account manage 15–20 client projects.
• Manage key stakeholders and set clear expectations.
• Regularly report on key metrics and project status to stakeholders.
• Work towards organic search optimisation and keyword research.
• Suggest process improvements and productivity enhancements.
• Improve website performance based on platform strengths and weaknesses.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of projects, scheduling and resourcing.
• Report performance and overall results.
