Job summary

PRIMA Partners Global seeks an experienced SAP HCM Payroll Functional Consultant for a 12-month contract. The role is remote with occasional travel within the UK, focusing on complex payroll design and delivery in a large enterprise environment.

You will configure Wage Types, Payroll Schemas, and PCRs across ECC6 and/or S/4HANA, ensuring accurate UK statutory payments and HMRC compliance, while collaborating with Finance and other SAP delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SAP HCM Payroll configuration in large enterprises.
• UK payroll knowledge including HMRC requirements and statutory payments.
• Translate HR policies and legislative requirements into robust SAP Payroll designs.

Responsibilities

• Design Wage Types, Payroll Schemas and PCRs for complex payroll.
• Configure SAP Payroll across ECC6 and/or S/4HANA.
• Integrate Payroll with Finance and downstream systems.
• Deliver hands-on configuration and peer reviews of Payroll setup.
