Job summary

PRIMA Partners Global is seeking an experienced SAP HCM Payroll Functional Consultant for a 12 month contract with remote work and occasional travel within the UK. The role focuses on designing and configuring SAP Payroll, wage types, schemas, and PCRs across ECC6 and/or S/4HANA, with strong emphasis on UK HMRC requirements and statutory payments.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SAP HCM Payroll configuration in large enterprise environments.
• Design and configure SAP Payroll wage types with complex scenarios.
• Experience with SAP Payroll schemas, PCRs, and calculations.

Responsibilities

• Design complex Wage Type configurations and Payroll schemas.
• Configure Payroll with Finance integrations and payslip outputs.
• Deliver hands-on SAP Payroll changes across ECC6/S/4HANA and validate results.
