Job summary

Cielo Senior Recruiter in the United Kingdom (remote in country) will lead end-to-end recruitment for a newly established account, partnering with hiring managers to shape strategy and build talent pipelines.

You will evaluate profiles against requirements, use market data for offers, and mentor junior recruiters, ensuring proactive communication with candidates throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, human resources or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Significant recruiting experience, with demonstrated successes in a corporate, RPO or agency setting.
• Familiarity with recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools.
• Knowledge of common Human Resources principles, practices and metrics related to talent acquisition.
• Niche sector/industry knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to determine positions, providing market data and recommendations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and manage recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies.
• Evaluate candidate profiles against requirements and build strong talent pipelines.
• Keep candidates engaged with timely updates throughout the process.
• Partner with hiring leaders to determine offer details, using market data and compensation guidelines.
• Mentor Recruiters and other team members.
