Henderson Scott is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager for a banking migration programme. The role is fully remote, six-month contract, Inside IR35, with potential extension in a regulated environment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in consulting or managed services, extensive delivery and financial management experience, and proven ability to manage cross‑functional teams and complex data, cloud and software migrations.

Competenze

Extensive experience delivering complex technology projects from initiation to implementation.
Background in consulting, outsourcing, or managed-service delivery.
Proven software or application delivery experience.
Cloud delivery or migration experience (Azure or AWS).
Experience with data, application, infrastructure or customer migration programmes.
Strong governance, RAID, dependency and change-control skills.

Mansioni

Manage complex technology projects and workstreams from initiation through to implementation.
Deliver software, application, cloud and data-migration initiatives.
Establish robust project governance, plans, RAID logs and change controls.
Manage distributed delivery teams, suppliers and partners.
Own project budgets, forecasting and supplier spend.
Provide financial and delivery reporting to senior stakeholders.
Coordinate testing, cutover and operational readiness.
Ensure delivery against scope, timescales and cost requirements.
