Job summary

MiniMed seeks a Senior Payroll and Timekeeping Program Lead to manage and optimize payroll and timekeeping technologies across regions, collaborating with HR, IT, and vendors. The role focuses on program design, implementation, and continuous improvement without requiring hands-on payroll processing.

You will drive cross-functional initiatives, ensure regulatory compliance, and support audits, reporting on program health and progress to stakeholders globally.

Qualifications

• 7 to 10 years’ Global programme management experience.
• Experience with payroll and timekeeping systems (HCM).
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional initiatives and programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee global payroll and timekeeping project plans and implementation across regions.
• Serve as liaison between HR Centers of Expertise, IT, and third-party vendors.
• Recommend and plan system improvements for payroll/timekeeping platforms.
• Support compliance activities related to payroll regulations and tax laws.
• Provide program-level analysis to support policy implementation and process improvements.
• Maintain meeting cadence, document actions, and drive accountability across workstreams.
• Support internal and external audits including SOX compliance.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans across all payroll workstreams.
• Define milestones, timelines, and dependencies.
• Identify and manage risks and blockers proactively.
• Update project plans to reflect progress and communicate changes.
