MiniMed is seeking a Senior Payroll and Timekeeping Program Lead to oversee global payroll projects, align HR, IT and vendors, and drive improvements across regions. The role requires strong project governance, regulatory awareness, and data analysis to ensure accurate processing and reporting.

The ideal candidate will manage complex timelines, collaborate with stakeholders, and support audits while guiding system enhancements and change management in a global context.

Qualifications

• Experience with payroll and timekeeping systems in a global context.
• Ability to manage global programme projects and vendors.
• Strong analytical skills and Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage global payroll and timekeeping project plans and implementations across regions.
• Serve as primary liaison between HR Centers of Expertise, IT, and third‑party vendors.
• Recommend, implement, and plan for payroll/timekeeping system improvements and new features.
• Support compliance activities related to local, regional, and international payroll regulations and tax laws.
• Provide program‑level analysis to support decision making and process improvements.
• Maintain meeting cadence, document actions, and drive accountability across workstreams.
• Support internal and external audits including SOX compliance activities.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans across all workstreams.
• Define and track milestones, timelines, and dependencies.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, and blockers; update plans accordingly.
• Communicate schedule changes and impacts to stakeholders.
• Ensure cross‑functional dependencies are visible and managed.
• Report on project health using status indicators.
