Job summary

Qualifications

Diploma in Financial Planning or equivalent (RO1-RO6) as a minimum.
Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience.
Confident, organised self-starter with excellent time management.

Responsibilities

Support and collaborate with advisers, technical, client services and investment teams, acting as a key point of contact for clients.
Help organise and co-ordinate the technical and client services team's workload to ensure deadlines are consistently met.
Mentor and support the development of junior members of the technical team.
Write client reports and technical analysis in line with FCA compliance requirements.
Keep up to date with financial products and legislation to meet FCA regulatory requirements.
Maintain the office CRM system, ensuring records are kept accurate and up to date.
