Job summary

JERA Nex bp is seeking a Senior Investment Analyst to join the Investments, Governance and Investor Relations team. You will drive financial analysis and valuation support for corporate development, M&A opportunities, and portfolio projects across Europe, UK and Asia-Pacific.

You will lead due diligence, valuation workstreams, and assist in investment approvals, working with senior management and external partners to support strategic growth.

Qualifications

• Ability to build and interpret complex financial models for corporate and asset-level valuation.
• Experience preparing investment analyses, presentations and decision papers.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial modelling work for prospective business development projects, acquisitions or divestments.
• Develop and maintain quantitative and qualitative analyses for investment opportunities.
• Evaluate inputs to investment decisions and identify key value drivers.
• Communicate results to senior management and internal/external stakeholders.
