Job summary

Pura Vida is seeking an ambitious Financial Planner to build a high-quality client bank and shape the future of a growing firm. This full-time role offers £60,000 base salary plus performance bonus, with uncapped long-term earnings through client growth and partnership participation.

The ideal candidate has at least three years’ experience as a Financial Planner in an independent advice firm and holds a DipPFS, with Chartered progression expected.

Qualifications

• Three years’ experience as Financial Planner within an independent advice firm (DipPFS)
• Diploma qualified (DipPFS) with Chartered progression expected
• Track record of building client relationships and converting opportunities into long-term clients
• Holistic financial planning approach not product-led

Responsibilities

• Meeting new clients and building long-term relationships
• Designing and delivering holistic financial plans
• Building long-term client relationships and generating new client opportunities
• Converting prospective clients into lasting relationships
• Working collaboratively with paraplanners and administrators to deliver exceptional client outcomes
• Mentoring and supporting team members as the business grows
• Continuously improving how we deliver advice
