Exchange Street Financial Services Ltd is seeking an ambitious Financial Planner to join a growing independent advice firm with local autonomy. You will access mentorship from an owner who has helped advisers substantially grow annual fee income and build trusted client relationships.

You’ll work with a Midlands-based team and benefit from central support, flexible location, and potential remote arrangements. Expect opportunities to develop significant recurring fee income over time.

Qualifications

• Qualified Financial Planner or IFA who can build trust with clients and introducers.
• 2–5 years of advisory experience with solid performance; Chartered or keen to become Chartered.
• No need to bring clients; enjoy building relationships and turning opportunities into long-term planning.

Responsibilities

• Generate new enquiries through seminars, events, professional introductions and referrals.
• Turn opportunities into long-term client relationships and take on selected existing clients when capacity allows.
• Build a portfolio of affluent clients and provide high-quality independent advice.
• Deliver broad financial planning across pensions, investments, protection and wider planning; capitalise on protection opportunities.
