Job summary

DBS is seeking an Associate Director, Financial Partnering, Planning and Analysis to lead the FPP&A team and oversee budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning. You will partner with senior leaders and the Home Office Finance community to align systems, processes and performance with organisational priorities.

Qualifications

• Qualified CCAB accountant with strong financial management experience.
• Proven ability to lead and develop large finance teams.
• Experience in financial planning, modelling and partnering with commercial/senior stakeholders.
• Strong governance, risk management and reporting skills.
• Proven track record of delivering transformations and business cases.

Responsibilities

• Lead FPP&A and Management Accounting, budgeting, forecasting and in-year performance management.
• Provide financial insight and challenge to senior leadership and executives.
• Drive strategic partnering and alignment of resource allocation to priorities.
• Develop and communicate the DBS Financial Strategy and mid-term plan.
• Lead and develop a high-performing finance team and build robust financial models.
• Own credible budgets and forecasts, ensuring governance and scrutiny.
