Job summary

The DBS is seeking an Associate Director, Financial Partnering, Planning and Analysis to lead the FPP&A team and drive budgeting, forecasting and financial transformation across the organisation. You will partner with senior colleagues to deliver robust financial insights and strategic support to the Executive Team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and integrate FPP&A and Management Accounting functions with a single budgeting framework.
• Provide authoritative financial insight to executive leadership and governance forums.
• Develop the DBS Financial Strategy and mid-term financial plan aligned to strategy.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and resource allocation to priorities.
• Drive finance transformation, efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Build and coach financial modelling capabilities for commercial initiatives.
