Cultura Connect is seeking an experienced Feed Sales Manager to lead on-farm nutrition support across the Cotswolds. You will leverage established customer relationships, provide nutritional guidance for dairy, beef and sheep operations, and mentor a growing team of sales representatives in a senior, autonomous role.

The role offers leadership opportunities, a premium product portfolio, and the flexibility of a fully home-based position with regional travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience within ruminant nutrition.
• Strong understanding of dairy, beef and sheep production.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to build relationships confidently and maintain key accounts.
• Leadership mindset with experience mentoring junior staff.
• Willingness to travel across the UK.
• Valid UK driving licence required.

Responsabilités

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Deliver nutritional advice and product support to meet customer needs.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior sales representatives.
• Drive on-farm sales and grow the ledger within the territory.
