Job summary

Precision for Medicine is seeking a Senior Feasibility Associate/Feasibility Manager to join our European team. This role can be fully remote across the UK, Spain, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Serbia or Slovakia, with final title determined by experience.

The Feasibility Manager works within the Feasibility Department to deliver evidence-based assessments across pre- and post-award engagements. You will lead deliverables, present analyses, and help advance our feasibility capabilities and client

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or a related discipline.
• English proficiency in written and spoken communication.
• Two years of relevant experience in clinical trial feasibility, operations, epidemiology, or related area.

Responsibilities

• Lead or contribute to feasibility assessments for client requests.
• Review protocols, assumptions, and operations for US and global trials.
• Conduct competitive landscape and epidemiology analyses.
• Translate evidence into country, site, enrolment, and operational recommendations.
• Develop transparent rationales for assumptions and data limitations.
• Present methodologies, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders and clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams, data partners, investigators, and sites to gather feasibility information.
• Plan targeted site and investigator outreach and participate in bid-defence meetings.
• Contribute to development of feasibility methods, data sources, tools, and best practices.
