Job summary

Tigermed in the United Kingdom (Leeds area) seeks a senior pharmaceutical feasibility professional with extensive global experience. You will lead global feasibility activities, build and guide cross-functional teams, and coordinate with partners to support pre-award studies.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in pharma, strong leadership, and fluency in English and Chinese, enabling effective multinational collaboration and clear stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Pharmaceutical background with at least a bachelor’s degree.
• Over 10 years in pharma with more than 5 years global feasibility experience.
• Specialized in pre-award feasibility area.
• Experience in team management; preference for building teams or departments.
• Experience in a global company; preference for Global CRO background.
• Dedicated, good communicator, team player, and maintains a positive image.
• Fluent in Chinese and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead pharmaceutical feasibility activities in global context.
• Oversee cross-functional collaboration for pre-award studies.
• Build and mentor feasibility teams; establish processes and standards.
• Coordinate with global CROs and partner organizations.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
• Uphold professional image and stakeholder engagement across regions.
• Fluent bilingual communication to facilitate multinational projects.
