yohrs.co.uk is recruiting a Technical Project Manager, EV Installations to own high-impact charging infrastructure projects across the UK. You’ll serve as the primary contact for customers, installation partners, and internal teams, guiding projects from handover through installation, commissioning, and go-live, ensuring smooth delivery and exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Project Management or related roles in technical delivery
• Experience coordinating contractors and field service providers
• Background in EV charging, renewable energy, electrical infrastructure, or related tech
• Strong understanding of infrastructure or electrical installation projects
• Ability to interpret technical documentation, site surveys, and installation requirements

Responsibilities

• End-to-end delivery of EV charging projects across the UK.
• Coordinate customers, contractors, field service partners, suppliers, utilities, and internal teams.
• Lead installation planning, project scheduling, commissioning activities, and customer handovers.
• Review site surveys, technical documentation, electrical drawings, and infrastructure requirements.
• Proactively identify and resolve project risks, delays, technical issues, and customer escalations.
• Act as the primary customer contact throughout the installation lifecycle, with clear communication and updates.
• Ensure installation readiness, hardware availability, network connectivity, commissioning, and operational performance.
• Maintain accurate project reporting, forecasting, documentation, and Salesforce updates.
• Drive continuous improvement across project delivery and installation processes.
