Qualifications

• 7+ years of sell-side or buy-side analyst experience.
• Focus on European corporate credit, with proficiency in loan/high yield or distressed strategies.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
• Outgoing personality with the ability to speak with people at all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Monitor European corporate credit situations, including new issues, distressed, restructurings, and price dislocations in leveraged loans and high yields.
• Conduct bottoms-up company research using earnings, investor presentations, and filings.
• Moderate teleconferences with experts from Guidepoint’s network to produce actionable insights for buy-side clients.
• Generate ideas and follow investor views among relevant strategies within European credit.
• Support in-person or remote work arrangements as required.
