Placements24 is seeking a Senior E-commerce Growth Manager to drive online expansion from a remote location. You will develop strategies across acquisition, conversion optimization, retention, and CLTV, leading cross-functional teams in a data-driven environment.

The role requires 7+ years in e-commerce growth, strong analytics skills, and experience managing large marketing budgets. A flexible, fully remote setup with international collaboration awaits.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive e-commerce growth, digital marketing, or online business development with proven revenue growth.
• Deep expertise in CRO, acquisition, retention strategies, and A/B testing.
• Strong analytics with web tools (GA/Adobe Analytics) and data tools (SQL, Excel).
• Experience managing significant marketing budgets and optimizing paid media.
• Excellent leadership and cross-functional collaboration, comfortable leading remote teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies to increase online revenue, acquisition, and retention.
• Lead experimentation (A/B/multivariate) to optimize customer journey and conversions.
• Manage paid media campaigns to hit ROI and CAC targets.
• Design and implement retention and loyalty programs to lift CLTV.
• Partner with product, engineering, marketing, and analytics teams to execute initiatives.
• Analyze market trends and data to identify new growth opportunities.
