Job summary

411 Communications Ltd in Leeds and London is seeking a Creators Senior Executive to join our Creators team. You will lead delivery across a portfolio of commercial creator campaigns and build strong relationships with creators and clients.

You’ll balance overseeing strategy and hands-on delivery, negotiate terms, and shape how we work with creators to deliver high-impact campaigns for progressive organisations.

Qualifications

• Experience in the creator industry and existing creator relationships.
• Ability to manage multiple live projects with strong organisational skills.
• Negotiation of rates, contracts and deliverables with creators.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery for a portfolio of commercial creator campaigns and act as the main contact for creators and clients.
• Coordinate with colleagues, manage timelines and ensure high-quality output.
• Balance overseeing projects with hands-on delivery and work with executives across the team.
• Map and onboard creators for campaigns and be a trusted point of contact throughout their work with us.
• Shape creator campaign strategy for clients and oversee delivery from briefing to sign-off.
