Job summary

Miratech is seeking an experienced Conversational Designer to transform legacy IVR systems into modern, intelligent voice experiences. You will work with product, engineering, and operations to create seamless voice journeys and optimize contact center performance.

The role focuses on conversation design excellence, modeling intents, and designing robust UX patterns across platforms. A strong emphasis on collaboration and measurable improvements is expected.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in conversational design, voice UX, IVR design, or related field.
• Translate complex business needs into intuitive conversational flows.
• Experience developing intent models, utterance libraries, and dialog flows.
• Strong communication, storytelling, and design documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead redesign of IVR systems into modern, conversational experiences.
• Design end-to-end voice journeys with multi-turn dialogs and fallbacks.
• Develop intent models and utterance libraries based on customer behavior.
• Improve containment, task completion, and customer satisfaction with UX design.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations to ensure feasibility and alignment.
• Analyze IVR data to identify friction points and opportunities for improvement.
• Document flows and rationale to support implementation and governance.
