Job summary

BlueLight Commercial Ltd seeks a Senior Commercial Lead to shape technology procurement for policing and public safety. You will lead complex sourcing from strategy through award and supplier management, acting as trusted adviser to senior stakeholders across policing and partner organisations.

The role requires strong commercial judgment, negotiation and the ability to drive value for money while managing risks in a remote, agile environment.

Qualifications

• CIPS Level 6 qualification or equivalent commercial expertise.
• GCF accreditation for Commercial Lead level or willingness to obtain.
• Evidence of ongoing professional development within commercial, procurement or contract management.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex commercial projects and national procurement activity across the full lifecycle.
• Develop pillar, category and sourcing strategies aligned to objectives.
• Build relationships with Home Office, police forces and suppliers; advise stakeholders.
