The Pharmacist Network is a pharmacist-led organisation delivering services to general practices nationwide. We value patient-centred care, transparency, and excellence, supported by a team of 250+ Pharmacists and Technicians.

We now seek a Senior Clinical Pharmacist to lead clinical teams remotely, based in the North East, providing leadership, line management, and support to pharmacists and technicians within PCN settings.

Qualifications

• Independent Prescribing Qualification.
• CPPE Pathway completion is essential.
• GPhC registration with current license.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and line management to clinical pharmacists and pharmacy technicians.
• Support training and development across PCN/practice teams.
• Ensure governance, medicines safety, and adherence to professional standards.
• Contribute to recruitment, rota planning and staff wellbeing.
• Lead quality improvement and service delivery in primary care.
