Job Description:

Remote Senior Clinical Psychologist – HCPC registered

Salary: From £65k + Benefits

Permanent, full-time, 40 hours/week

This role involves 3 days client work and 2 days MHST duties (no clinical diary)

You will support referrals from UK insurance or work directly with corporate clients to promote mental health awareness and facilitate referrals.

As the first point of contact, you'll provide high-quality mental wellbeing services remotely via MS Teams, combining clinical delivery with senior responsibilities.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing therapeutic care with excellent outcomes
• Conducting assessments and formulations for evidence-based interventions
• Ensuring appropriate care pathways
• Delivering services via telephone or video
• Adhering to case management and working collaboratively
• Managing session limits based on insurance
• Signposting or referring as needed
• Offering wellbeing support, coaching, and assessments
• Leading group psychoeducation and mental health awareness activities
• Working autonomously within professional and organizational guidelines
• Participating in supervision and team meetings
• Contributing to service improvements

Qualifications:

• Doctorate in Clinical/Counselling Psychology (British Psychological Society accredited)
• HCPC registration as Chartered Clinical/Counselling Psychologist
• Adult clinical experience required; experience with children desirable
• Minimum 1 year post-qualification clinical experience
