Alexander Associates in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Civil Design Engineer to lead civil design tasks for water and wastewater infrastructure on a long-term, fully remote basis. You will develop designs, calculations and technical documentation to meet industry standards.

You will mentor junior engineers, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and build strong client relationships while delivering safe, cost-effective solutions and managing risks throughout the project lifecycle.

Formación

• Strong civil design experience in water and wastewater projects.
• Experience producing design calculations, reports and drawings.
• Ability to coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams and manage risks.

Responsabilidades

• Lead civil design tasks and packages to standards, budgets and programmes.
• Develop designs, calculations, layouts and technical documentation for water and wastewater projects.
• Produce cost-effective civil solutions focusing on constructability, safety and whole-life costs.
• Review and assure design outputs for quality and compliance.
• Coordinate with Process, Mechanical, EICA, Structural, Digital and Commissioning teams.
• Mentor junior engineers, graduates and apprentices.
