You will focus on reliability, maintainability, and performance on embedded devices within a fully remote UK setup. The role requires 7+ years in C++ (C++14/17/20), strong Linux experience, and solid knowledge of microservices, RESTful APIs, Docker, IPC, and CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience with C++ (C++14/17/20).
• Experience in Linux environments, scripting and systems programming.
• Strong knowledge of microservices, RESTful APIs and service orchestration.
• Familiarity with Docker, IPC, gRPC and CI/CD tooling.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain C++ services in a microservices basis.
• Develop and debug software in Linux environments and shell scripting.
• Define APIs, service contracts, and deployment strategies with teams.
• Optimize performance and ensure high availability in distributed systems.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and participate in code reviews.
